Automatic Transfer Switch for Primary and Backup Dual Power Supply

The SYK series ATSE serves as an automatic transfer switch for both primary and backup power sources, mainly used for first level loads specified by the state and second level loads that require backup power. It is suitable for high-rise buildings, postal and telecommunications, coal mining ships, industrial assembly lines, medical and health care, military facilities, and other occasions. The main and backup power sources can be the power grid, generator sets, batteries, etc. The main and backup power sources can be customized by the user, and the main switching time of the switch is within 1 second. The user can choose a specific delay according to the actual situation. When the main and backup power sources supply power simultaneously, the user has the priority to choose the main power source.

Composition of dual power conversion switch:

 

1. Electrical key lock: Control the power supply of the internal control circuit of the control switch. When the electrical lock is turned on, the switch realizes automatic remote control operation. When the electrical lock is turned off, the switch can only be manually operated.

 

2. Operation handle: When using the operation handle to operate the switch, the electrical lock must be turned off.

 

3. Mechanical padlock: During maintenance, first turn off the electrical lock, use the operating handle to place the switch in the 0 position, pull up the padlock mechanism, and lock the padlock before maintenance can be carried out.

 

4. Position indication: indicates the working status position of the switch (I, 0, II).

 

5. Control voltage: The switch controls the voltage level to AC220V.

 

6. Switch body: The front part is circuit I, connected to the "common power supply"; the back part is circuit II, connected to the "backup power supply".

 

The dual power conversion switch is suitable for AC 660V and below, with a rated frequency of 50/60Hz. Whether under normal or fault conditions, as long as it is within the technical parameters of the switch, it can ensure safe and reliable operation in corresponding voltage levels.

 

Environmental requirements for the use of dual power conversion switches

 

1. Surrounding air temperature

 

a) The maximum temperature shall not exceed+60 ℃;

 

b) The minimum temperature shall not be lower than -20 ℃;

 

c) The daily maximum average temperature shall not exceed+60 ℃;

 

d) If the ambient air temperature is above+60 ℃ or below -20 ℃, the user should consult with the manufacturer.

 

e) The ambient temperature exceeds 60 ℃/80 ℃; Should be selected for capacity reduction (about 20% capacity reduction);

 

2. Atmospheric temperature: maximum temperature+60 ℃; The relative humidity should not exceed 50% The maximum monthly relative humidity is 90%, which can withstand the influence of humid sea air.

 

3. Installation altitude: The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000m. When used at higher altitudes, consideration should be given to the decrease in dielectric strength and cooling effect of the air, and users should consult with the manufacturer.

 

4. Pollution level: The pollution level at the installation site is level 3

 

5. Installation category: Installation category is IV manure

 

6. Installation inclination: The installation of ATSE is a fixed installation inside the cabinet, and the installation inclination is not greater than+22.5.
