What Are The Controllers Included in The Fuchuang GEC4500-4G Series?

 The Fuchuang GEC4500-4G series includes four controllers, with the following models:

Note: The following text uses GEC6510-4G to refer to GEC6510-485-4G/GEC6510-B-4G, and GEC6520-4G to refer to GEC6520-485-4G/GEC6520-B-4G as an example for description.

 

GEC4510-4G: Used for single machine automation, it can control the automatic start and stop of the generator set through remote start signal control; It can achieve functions such as remote real-time monitoring of the unit, remote start/stop, remote parameter adjustment, viewing of start and fault curves, etc;

 

GEC4520-4G: On the basis of GEC4510-4G, it has added the detection of mains electricity and automatic switching control function (AMF) for mains electricity/power generation, which is particularly suitable for single machine automation systems composed of one city and one machine. It can achieve functions such as remote real-time monitoring of the unit, remote start/stop, remote parameter adjustment, viewing of start and fault curves, etc;

 

Its main characteristics are as follows:

 

The color LCD display is 320 * 240 with backlight, displayed in six languages (Simplified Chinese, English, etc.), and operated by touch buttons;

 

The screen protector adopts hardware acrylic material, which has better wear resistance and scratch resistance;

 

Adopting silicone panels and buttons, it has strong adaptability to high and low temperatures in the environment;

 

Equipped with RS485 communication interface, the MODBUS protocol can be used to achieve the "three remote" function;

 

Suitable for three-phase four wire, single-phase two wire, two-phase three wire (120/240V) power supply 50/60Hz systems;

 

Urban power has functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, and phase loss, while power generation has functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, over frequency, under frequency, over current, and over power;

 

Three fixed analog sensors (water temperature, oil pressure, liquid level);

 

It has a programmable sensor that can be used to select one type of temperature, pressure, and liquid level sensor, achieving dual temperature, dual oil pressure, and dual liquid level detection. It can also be used as a switch input port 4, and can be flexibly applied in different situations;

 

Control and protection functions: achieve automatic start/stop, closing and opening (ATS switching), and complete fault display protection functions for diesel generator sets;

 

The module is equipped with four programmable relay outputs, which can be used for power on/off, idle control, preheating control, and speed up/down control, all of which are relay outputs;

 

Parameter setting function: allows users to change their parameters and store them in the external SPIFLASH, which will not be lost in case of system power failure. All parameters of the controller can be set on the front panel or upper computer;

 

Equipped with custom input and output port function configuration, different configurations can be selected according to application scenarios;

 

All parameters are digitally adjusted, abandoning the analog adjustment method of conventional potentiometers and improving the reliability and stability of the entire machine;

 

Multiple temperature, pressure, and oil level sensor curves can be directly used, and parameters can be customized;

 

Equipped with a built-in WiFi module, it can read the startup curve and fault curve through the mobile WIFI-APP, and can also perform parameter tuning;

 

BootLoader firmware upgrade function, which can upgrade firmware programs through USB to protect customer rights;

 

It has maintenance functions, with maintenance types that can be selected as date or running time, and maintenance actions that can be set (invalid, warning, or alarm shutdown);

 

Multiple successful starting conditions (speed sensor, power generation, oil pressure) can be selected;

 

The standard IoT gateway can be connected to the cloud server through 4G wireless network, achieving functions such as remote real-time monitoring of the unit, remote start/stop, and remote parameter adjustment;

 

Equipped with GPS positioning function, it can obtain the location information of the unit and achieve the positioning of the unit;

 

Equipped with historical recording and real-time clock function, capable of storing up to 80 historical records (cyclic recording);

 

The power supply has a wide range (8-35) VDC and can adapt to different starting battery voltages;

 

Modular structure design, flame-retardant ABS shell, plug-in terminal block, embedded installation method, compact structure, and convenient installation.
