Grasp the Force when Reinstalling The Diesel Generator

Standardize the maintenance of diesel generator, ensure the good operation of diesel generator, and apply to the maintenance of various diesel generator. When the transparent part of the display appears red, it indicates that the air filter of the diesel generator has reached the service limit, which should be cleaned or replaced immediately. After the treatment, gently press the button on the top of the display to reset the display. Loosen the iron ring of the diesel generator air filter, remove the dust collector and filter element of the diesel generator, and carefully clean the filter element from top to bottom. When the filter element is not too dirty, it can be directly blown clean with compressed air, but it should be noted that the air pressure should not be too high and the nozzle should not be too close to the filter element.


If the filter element of the diesel generator is too dirty, it should be cleaned with a special cleaning solution purchased from the agent. After that, it should be dried with an electric hot air blower. After cleaning, it should be checked. The method of inspection is to use a light bulb to illuminate from the inside out and observe the outside of the filter element. If any light spots are found, it indicates that the filter element has been perforated. At this time, the filter element of the same model should be replaced. If no light spot is found, the filter element of the diesel generator is not perforated. At this time, the air filter should be carefully installed.


When the diesel generator is very hot, drain the engine oil from the oil pan plug, tighten the bolts with 110NM after draining, and then add new engine oil of the same model to the oil pan, and also add engine oil of the same model to the turbocharger of the diesel generator. Remove two coarse oil filters and replace them with two new ones. The new filters should contain fresh oil of the same model as the engine. Replace the fine filter element of the diesel generator and add new engine oil with the same model as the engine oil.
