Characteristics of Baudouin Power Generation Engine



Good economy
Pre-filtered air filter: greatly extend the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element
Three-level babysitter filter: fuel filter replacement cycle up to 400h
Centrifugal rotor filter: oil filter replacement cycle up to 400h
Fuel consumption rate is better than competing products



High reliability
Body, cylinder head, crankshaft and connecting rod:
High-strength design, improve the reliability of the whole machine, long overhaul period
Overhaul period: design life 32000h

Good NVH performance
Injection molding air filter: light weight, reduce engine vibration
Casting oil pan: high strength, reduce vibration noise

Easy to start at low temperature

High compression ratio: effectively increase the compression termination temperature.
Electric fuel pump: automatic emptying can be realized.
Intake heating device: ensure normal starting of engine at-20℃
Baudouin 6M33D starts smoothly at -20°C without other preheating devices.
6M33D is equipped with water boiler and oil heating rod, which starts smoothly at-41 ±2℃.

Good plateau adaptability
1. Supercharger selection: engine development takes into account plateau performance;
2. ECU automatically adjusts the fuel supply advance angle;
3. CAE simulation: simulation of plateau conditions for calculation and analysis;
4. Three-high test: the performance of diesel engine was checked at high altitude.

The engine power is defined as follows:

Prime rated power (PRP):
1. The annual running time is not limited;
2. The average load rate should not exceed 70% for each 250h duration;
3. Run no more than 500h per year under 100% load;
4. Within 12h, it can be overloaded for 10% for 1h, and the accumulated overload operation for no more than 25h per year.

Emergency standby power (ESP):
1. The annual running time does not exceed 200h, including no more than 25h per year under 100% load;
2. The average load rate does not exceed 80% every 24h operation cycle;
3. Does not have overload capacity.
