Dingbo Power Mobile Lighting Tower Generators

Mobile lighting tower generators are integrated equipment combining power generation, lighting, and mobility functions. They are widely used in scenarios requiring temporary high-brightness lighting, such as night construction, emergency rescue and disaster relief, large-scale events, and field operations. Dingbo mobile lighting tower generators are freely movable devices with adjustable height, capable of providing lighting, communication, monitoring, and other functions. Their application scenarios are extensive, including emergency response, construction and engineering, public safety and security, military and border defense, municipal and power maintenance, etc.

Main components of mobile lighting tower generator sets:

Generator set: Typically uses a diesel or gasoline generator to provide stable power output (common power range: 5kW-50kW).

Lighting tower: Composed of multiple high-brightness LED lights or metal halide lamps. It can be raised and lowered (height: 6-15 meters) and has a wide illumination range (coverage radius up to 50-100 meters).

Mobile chassis: Equipped with a trailer or wheeled base for easy transport (some models feature a towing hitch for vehicle pulling).

Control system: Includes manual/automatic switches, light angle adjustment, timer functions, and remote control (some high-end models support IoT control).

Example: Dingbo 5KW Mobile Gasoline Generator Lighting Tower

This product features:

  1. Four 1000W high-efficiency energy-saving Philips lamp heads. Each lamp can be independently adjusted up/down and left/right through a wide angle, enabling 360° all-round illumination according to on-site needs.

  1. Uses a three-section telescopic pneumatic mast as the lifting mechanism, reaching a maximum height of 4.5 meters. Tilting the lamp heads adjusts the beam angle, achieving a lighting coverage radius of 45-65 meters.

  1. Can be powered directly by the generator set; a full tank of fuel allows continuous operation for up to 13 hours. It can also be connected to 220V mains power for lighting.

  1. Wireless remote control enables switching each lamp on/off individually from within 50 meters. An electric and manual air pump allows rapid control of the telescopic mast's lifting.

  1. The generator base is equipped with universal casters or rail wheels, enabling operation on uneven ground and railroad tracks.

Main application scenarios for Dingbo mobile lighting tower generator sets:

  1. Emergency response & rescue Rescue lighting after natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, typhoons)

Emergency lighting at accident sites like mine collapses and cave-ins

Night search and rescue missions, providing lighting support for rescue personnel

  1. Construction & engineering Nighttime construction of roads, bridges, and highways

Lighting in special environments like tunnels, mines, and oil drilling

Large construction sites and outdoor infrastructure projects

  1. Public safety & security Security lighting for major events, concerts, and sporting events

Emergency lighting at traffic accident scenes

Enhancing night-time surveillance effectiveness when used with monitoring cameras

  1. Military & border defense Temporary lighting for field operations or military training

Lighting and monitoring support for border patrols and checkpoints

Emergency lighting for locations like airport runways and ship decks

  1. Municipal & power maintenance Night operations for municipal emergency repairs (water, gas, electricity, etc.)

Emergency lighting during sudden power failures

Maintenance work on rail transit and highways

Dingbo Power mobile lighting tower generators are suitable for various outdoor construction operations, maintenance repairs, accident handling, disaster relief, and other tasks requiring mobile or emergency lighting. If you are looking for such a product, feel free to contact us today.

Diesel Generator Power Ratings: Standby vs Prime vs Continuous

Diesel generator sets are commonly used in a variety of sectors due to their dependable performance and high efficiency. They can be used for emergency power supply in the event of a power cut or used in places without connection to a power grid. When selecting a diesel generator for your home or business, you need to consider many factors, such as generator’s ratings. In this article, we’ll explain the three basic rating types - standby, prime, and continuous in diesel generators. ISO-8528-1:2018 defines basic generator set rating categories based on four operational categories: Emergency Standby Power (ESP), Prime Power (PRP), Continuous Power (COP) and Limited-Time Running Prime (LTP). Read on and learn the application of power ratings for engines used in generating sets. Standby Power Rating Standby Power(ESP) is used to supply emergency power when the external power supply is interrupted, such as power outages. Standby power rated generators can supply reliable electricity as t...

What Should You Pay Attention to in Routine Maintenance of Diesel Generator Sets

In modern society, the stability of power supply is directly related to the operation efficiency of enterprises and people's quality of life. Diesel generators have become an indispensable backup power supply or main power source in various industries due to their high efficiency, durability and reliability. However, to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of the generator sets, regular maintenance is essential. Here is what you need to pay attention to in the routine maintenance of diesel generators. Keep your generator clean It’s important to keep the generator’s exterior and the generator room clean. Regularly remove any dirt, dust, or debris that may accumulate to on the generator’s surface. This is not only for the sake of beauty, but also for the smooth operation of the unit. Cleaning the generator’s exterior, air intake vents, exhaust outlets and generator room can effectively reduce the risk of generator overheating. In addition, check if the connection bol...

How to Connect A Diesel Generator to Your House?

Diesel generators are fuel-efficient and reliable, which can almost meet the power needs of any application. If you want to power the whole house during power shortages, it’s a good choice to choose a diesel generator set as the backup electricity supply. But how to connect a diesel generator to your house? Read on and you will find the answer. Options to connect a diesel generator to your home   Keep in mind that never plug your generator directly into the mains, or it will cause back feeding, damage your appliances and be life-threatening for utility workers. Generally, you can choose to connect a generator to your house by using extension cords or a transfer switch. Understanding the difference between them is helpful for you to choose the right type. Extension cords   Typically, extension cords are suitable for smaller diesel generators that used for short term. They require no installation and are cost-effective. If you need to power only some basic appliances such as...
