Before unpacking, first clean the dust on the casing of the diesel generator set and carefully examine whether the casing is damaged. Meanwhile, earnestly verify the box number and the quantity of equipment. When unpacking, exercise extreme caution to avoid damaging the unit equipment. The unpacking sequence is to remove the top panel first and then the side panels. After completing the unpacking, the following tasks need to be carried out:
Carefully count all generator sets and related accessories according to the diesel generator set list and the packing list.
Check whether the main dimensions of the diesel generator set and its accessories match the design drawings. After all, diesel generator sets of different brands and powers vary in size.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection to check whether the diesel generator set and its accessories are damaged or rusted. During transportation, the equipment may be damaged due to factors such as road bumps, so a meticulous inspection is crucial. Once problems are detected during the unpacking inspection, communicate and coordinate with the manufacturer as early as possible to enable timely replacement or repair of the diesel generator set.
