7.2 On-Site Installation, Commissioning, and Testing

.The supplier shall be responsible for providing free assistance and guidance to the construction unit for on-site installation and commissioning. Under the organization of the owner, the supplier shall cooperate and participate in on-site testing work and participate in the confirmation of the acceptance test results. The owner shall provide necessary tools and common materials.

.During the installation period designated by the owner, the supplier shall send experienced technical personnel to the site to provide free on-site services. The technical personnel of the supplier shall assist the owner in checking the installation quality according to the product manufacturing, installation, and operation standards and handle problems that occur during the commissioning and operation process.

.The supplier shall send experienced technical personnel to provide free training for installation and operation personnel. The installation and operation personnel of the owner are also welcome to come to the supplier's factory for learning and training.

7.3 Supervision of Manufacturing

.The supplier shall notify the owner in advance when carrying out the main processes of equipment manufacturing. The owner has the right to conduct on-site supervision, monitoring of tests, acceptance, and other activities at the product manufacturing factory.

.The supplier shall notify the owner one week in advance of activities such as supervision, monitoring of tests, and acceptance. The relevant personnel shall be organized by the owner.

VIII. Quality Assurance

The equipment warranty period is one year after commissioning or 1000 operating hours. During the warranty period, if the equipment is damaged not due to the owner's human factors, the supplier shall be responsible for replacement or repair. The costs within the warranty scope shall be borne by the contractor.
