1. Overspeed warning

 

When the overspeed warning is enabled, the controller sends a warning signal when it detects that the speed of the generator set exceeds the set overspeed warning threshold.

 

2. Underspeed warning

 

When the underspeed warning is enabled, the controller sends a warning signal when it detects that the speed of the generator set is less than the set underspeed warning threshold.

 

3. Speed signal loss warning

 

When the controller detects that the speed of the generator set is zero and the speed signal is lost, the action type selection warning is triggered, and the controller issues a warning signal.

 

4. Power generation over frequency warning

 

When the power generation over frequency warning is enabled, the controller sends a warning signal when it detects that the frequency of the generator set exceeds the set over frequency warning threshold.

 

5. Power generation under frequency warning

 

When the power generation under frequency warning is enabled, the controller sends a warning signal when it detects that the frequency of the generator set is less than the set under frequency warning threshold.

 

6. Overvoltage warning for power generation

 

When the overvoltage warning for power generation is enabled, the controller sends a warning signal when it detects that the voltage of the generator set is greater than the set overvoltage warning threshold.

 

7. Power generation undervoltage warning

 

When the power generation undervoltage warning is enabled, the controller sends a warning signal when it detects that the voltage of the generator set is less than the set undervoltage warning threshold.

 

8. Power generation overcurrent warning

 

When the overcurrent detection is enabled for power generation, the controller sends a warning signal when it detects that the current of the generator set is greater than the set overcurrent value and the overcurrent action type is selected as a warning.

 

9. Shutdown failure warning

 

After the delay of the generator set coming to a complete stop, if the engine does not come to a complete stop, the brake system will issue a warning signal.

 

10. Charging failure warning

 

When the charging failure warning is enabled, the controller sends a warning alarm signal when it detects that the charging voltage value of the generator set is less than the set threshold.

 

11. Battery overvoltage warning

 

When the battery overvoltage warning is enabled, the controller sends a warning alarm signal when it detects that the battery voltage value of the generator set is greater than the set threshold.

 

12. Battery undervoltage warning

 

When the battery undervoltage warning is enabled, the controller sends a warning alarm signal when it detects that the battery voltage value of the generator set is less than the set threshold.

 

13. Maintenance time up to warning

 

When maintenance is enabled, the controller sends a warning signal when the maintenance countdown is 0 and the maintenance time reaches the action type selection warning.

 

14. Reverse power warning

 

When reverse power detection is enabled, the controller sends a warning signal when it detects that the reverse power value (negative power) of the generator set exceeds the set threshold and the reverse power action type is selected as a warning.

 

15. Warning signal

 

When the over power detection is enabled, when the controller detects that the power value of the generator set (power is positive) is greater than the set threshold and the over power action type is selected as a warning, the controller issues an over power warning

 

16. ECU warning

 

When the controller receives a warning signal from the engine through J1939, it emits a warning signal.
