As an emergency backup power source after a power outage, diesel generator sets are mostly in standby mode. Once a power outage occurs, diesel generator sets play a crucial role. 1. Detecting diesel generator sets

 

By detecting the AC false load used for maintenance of diesel generator sets, the unbalanced load capacity of diesel generator sets can be detected, ensuring steady-state voltage regulation rate, steady-state frequency regulation rate, transient voltage regulation frequency, voltage recovery time, transient frequency regulation rate, frequency recovery time, and continuous operation detection of diesel generator sets.

 

2. Detecting UPS

 

Output voltage imbalance, output voltage stabilization accuracy, overload capacity, dynamic voltage transient range, mains battery switching time, backup time, bypass inverter switching time.

1. Query function

 

Search for abnormal records of diesel generator sets and retrieve detection data of diesel generator sets.

 

2. Online communication

 

The detector can be connected to the upper computer through RS232/RS485 interface.

 

3. Intelligent control and data processing functions

 

(1) Data transfer: After the detection is completed, the collected data can be transferred to a USB drive;

 

(2) Online monitoring of electrical parameters of the tested equipment;

 

(3) Data processing software function: The data processing software is used in conjunction with the detector. Can set detection parameters to analyze and process various electrical parameters, operating status, and abnormal records detected by the detector; Intelligent query, display and print charts.

 

(4) By setting the parameters of the detection equipment, automatic detection can be achieved.

 

4. Parallel function

 

Products of the same model can be connected in parallel, and the device is equipped with an RS485 digital parallel interface, which is controlled by the host and records the detection process.

 

5. Shutdown protection function

 

The detection and maintenance of diesel generator sets with AC false loads are based on general AC false loads and load boxes, with the addition of an intelligent control system that can perform protection settings such as phase loss and overvoltage/undervoltage. Once the parameters detected by the equipment exceed the set parameters, the equipment will sound an alarm and automatically shut down for protection.
