1、 Oil filter
Oil filters can be divided into three types: centrifugal oil filters, paper oil filters, and metal slotted filters.
1. Key maintenance points for centrifugal oil filter
Special attention should be paid to the installation of the centrifugal fine filter after disassembly and cleaning, and there should be no jamming phenomenon. The inspection method is: after reinstalling the rotary filter, rotate the rotor with force by hand, and let go. If the rotor can rotate 2 to 3 turns and then stop, it is qualified.
2. When the pressure difference between the oil before and after the paper oil filter exceeds 1 kg/cm2, it indicates that the filter has been blocked and the oil cannot be filtered, which will enter the oil passage and increase wear. Therefore, maintenance should be carried out every 50 hours of operation, and the filter should be replaced within 150-200 hours, otherwise the filtering effect will not be achieved.
3. Metal belt gap filter, this type of oil filter should be cleaned once every 50-60 working hours. During cleaning, it is necessary to ensure that the metal mesh belt is not damaged, and cotton yarn or other objects are not used to scrub, in order to prevent blockage and sealing of the mesh.
