、 Wear work clothes when operating, and never wear loose or damaged clothing.

、 Be sure to wear protective goggles and shoes during operation.

、 Do not pry the diesel engine to rotate at the fan area, as this abnormal operation can cause serious personal injury or damage to the fan blades.

、 Before carrying out any maintenance work on diesel generators, the wiring of the battery should be removed first. If the air starter motor starts, the air connection pipe should be removed to prevent accidental starting. At the same time, a stop running sign should be hung in the operating room or control area.

、 Before disassembling or releasing any pipes, fixed joints or related components, the pressure of the air, lubricating oil or coolant system should be released. Do not check for leaks by hand. High pressure fuel or lubricating oil can harm the human body.

、 Preservatives contain strong alkalis, strictly preventing them from splashing into the eyes, let alone swallowing. If accidentally in contact with the skin, it should be washed promptly with soap or water.

、 When the diesel generator set is in working condition or the coolant is in hot working condition, the diesel engine should be cooled first and then the water cover should be slowly opened to relieve the pressure of the cooling system.
