The structure of diesel generator sets includes: diesel engine system, fuel system, lubricating oil system, starting system, cooling system, intake system, heating system, noise and shock absorption system, etc. Do you know what are the requirements?

Fixed or mobile diesel generators should use high-performance equipment and cannot achieve the specified output power by increasing the speed. The diesel generator set should be modular and adopt fast self starting technology. The engine design, equipment, and control should comply with the specifications of heavy-duty fixed, continuous full/heavy load process application units, without any water, oil, or air leaks.

The fuel consumption of diesel generator set under rated operating conditions shall not exceed 250G/(KWH), and the electricity consumption of generator set shall not exceed 4G/(KWH). The diesel generator set should be able to use domestically produced fuel and engine oil without affecting the output power and service life of the unit. The generator set manufacturer should provide the most suitable oil level and antifreeze measures for winter.

1. Diesel engine system

All rotating components of diesel generators should be equipped with spark free protection devices, and aluminum shell protection devices are not allowed.

Provide the steel structure base of the entire machine. The design of the sled should meet various load conditions, including testing, lifting, transportation, installation, and operation. Under any load condition, the deviation shall not exceed 1/400. Detailed foundation installation drawings shall be provided, necessary fixing bolts and damping equipment shall be provided to provide dynamic and static load torque, and internal connection lines and instrument lines, including flexible connection lines and devices from the fuel pump to the engine, shall be provided and installed. And provide exhaust pipes, soundproofing, expansion joints, chimneys, etc.

2. Fuel system

1) The daily fuel tank of the diesel generator set is allowed to be manually filled with oil at full load for 8 hours.

2) The daily fuel tank is equipped with on-site liquid level display and high and low liquid level switches. The output signal of the high and low liquid level switch should be coordinated with the gear oil pump and its motor control circuit provided by the buyer to achieve automatic oil injection.

3) The daily fuel tank should have at least an oil discharge port, air outlet, oil inlet, oil outlet, oil return port, and overflow port. All interfaces should be set on the side of the sled for easy connection and installation.

4) The elastic sleeve between the daily fuel tank and the supporting fuel pipeline of the unit, and the pipeline between the daily fuel tank and the generator (including pipe fittings, connectors, connectors, connectors, connectors, connectors, connectors, etc.), including valves and other accessories, should be within the scope of supply.

3. Lubricating oil system

1) The crankshaft connecting rod gear oil pump supplies oil to the main bearing, crankshaft pin shaft, piston, piston pin, and speed control gear. The cam bearing and valve rocker arm mechanism are under certain pressure.

2) The engine should have an appropriate lubricating oil cooler.

3) The lubricating oil filter should have a bypass for easy maintenance.

4) The lubricating oil tank should be equipped with oil injection holes and exhaust holes.

5) Set up a pre lubricating oil device. The pre lubrication oil pump is an electric continuous working type, interlocked with the startup control system to ensure sufficient lubrication during the initial startup.

6) Install a filter screen in front of the lubricating oil pump. Diesel generator manufacturers should provide the composition of lubricating oil for buyers to refer to when purchasing substitutes.
