Material requirements for diesel generators:

 

1. The performance of all materials should be suitable for the engineering and operational requirements of the project, and suitable for the conditions of operation, transportation, and installation locations. 1. The inside and outside of the generator set equipment must be clean.

 

2. All waste must be removed from each component, such as metal shavings or files, welding residues, dust, rags, fragments of debris, and other foreign objects. All scales, rust, oil stains, grease, powder or paint marks, and other harmful substances must be removed from the inner and outer surfaces of the diesel generator.

 

3. If necessary, solvent cleaning must be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.

1. Stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant metals should be used, with a rectangular shape. The background of the nameplate should be white and the text should be black. Warning signs should have a white background and red text. The text on the nameplate should be clearly visible from 1 meter of installation.

 

2. The nameplate should be fixed on the unit with stainless steel self tapping screws in a position that is easy to observe and cannot be moved, and adhesive should not be used.
