Precautions for VE Distribution Pump of Diesel Generator

Due to its complex structure and shape, as well as a variety of models and specifications, the VE distribution pump for diesel generators is a precision accessory. Therefore, in order to avoid quality problems during use, the following points should be noted:

100kw diesel generator

1. The VE distribution pump model that matches the diesel generator should be selected correctly. If the selection and matching are incorrect, the VE distribution pump will not be able to be used or meet the usage requirements.

2. The plunger spring and its guide rod used in conjunction with the VE distribution pump should be correctly selected, and all components such as adjusting washers, upper and lower seats, upper and lower gaskets, pre travel gaskets, support springs, and oil outlet valve gaskets should be adjusted. If the selection is incorrect, the oil pump will not be able to be successfully debugged.

3. During the transportation, storage, and disassembly process of VE distribution pumps, they should be handled with care and should not be bumped, rusted, magnetized, parts scattered, and cleanliness exceeding standards.

4. When disassembling the VE distribution pump, it is necessary to clean all surfaces of the parts with light diesel to avoid scratching the surface of the parts with iron filings, impurities, etc. Especially for the outer surface of the two-stage working plunger, it is strictly prohibited to collide or scratch the working surface and sharp edges of the holes in the matching and control sleeves, to ensure the high-precision geometric shape and good sliding performance of each matching surface.

5. When assembling the oil pump assembly, the drive shaft, coupling, camshaft, roller seat, oil pump and other components that are matched with the VE distribution pump should be assembled correctly in sequence, and qualified products should be selected to avoid damage to the VE distribution pump due to quality problems or incorrect assembly of the above components during oil pump operation.

6. When debugging the oil pump assembly for oil quantity and uniformity, it is first necessary to ensure the correctness of the KF and K values of the VE distribution pump. Then, quality inspection should be carried out on the oil output coupling parts, standard injectors, solenoid valves, high-pressure oil pipes, etc., and cleaned thoroughly. Otherwise, it will directly affect the smooth debugging of the oil quantity and its uniformity, and also affect the authenticity of the relevant parameters and characteristics of the VE distribution pump under working conditions, Causing incorrect analysis and judgment of the quality of the VE distribution pump itself.

7. Use labeled, high-quality, clean diesel fuel. During use, the VE distribution pump should be kept away from the magnetic field to avoid magnetization, which may cause iron filings to adhere to the parts, resulting in jamming and fracture, and unnecessary quality accidents.

Special reminder from Dingbo Electric Power: If the VE distribution pump of a diesel generator encounters collision, J damage, rust, deformation during transportation, storage, and disassembly, or if the cleanliness of the components exceeds the standard or the oil quality is not clean due to other reasons, and the iron filings, impurities, etc. adhere to the working surface of the parts, causing poor sliding or even jamming of the parts, the cause should be analyzed and forced assembly is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, the VE distribution pump will be stuck or broken, Even the serious consequences of damaging the assembly.

Dingbo Power was founded in 1974 and is one of the earliest manufacturers of generators and diesel generator sets in China. If you want get more information, please feel free to send email to sales@dieselgeneratortech.com we will pay highly attention on your question.

What Is the Difference Between Electric Motor and Electric Generator

An electric motor is an electrical machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Most electric motors operate through the interaction between the motor's magnetic field and winding currents to generate force. In certain applications, such as in regenerative braking with traction motors, electric motors can be used in reverse as generators to recover energy that might otherwise be lost as heat and friction. An electric generator operates in the reverse direction, converting mechanical energy into electrical energy. Electric generator can be divided into various type, open type, silent type, trailer type, portable type and container type, etc. Electric generator is mainly composed of diesel engine & alternator. Electric generator set is mainly composed of engine, alternator, control module, and common base. Electric generator :- Electric generator is a type of machine which converts mechanical input (energy) into electrical output (

Engine Fault Code Messages - Volvo Penta Engine

Volvo Penta Engine Fault Code When a malfunction has occurred and the diagnostic system has generated one or more fault codes, these are read out differently depending on the equipment used. Please refer to “Fault code messages”. If the system indicates that a fault code has been set: 1 Cut engine speed to idle, or shut the Volvo engine off. 2 For DCU/DU Read the fault code from the display, please refer to Reading fault codes via the DCU or Reading fault codes via the DU. For CIU press the diagnostic button and read the fault code, by observing the flashing of the diagnostic lamp. Refer to Reading fault codes via the diagnostic lamp, CIU. 3 Look up the fault code in the Fault Code Register chapter and take the recommended measures. Reading fault codes via the DU (Display Unit) Depending on the severity of the fault the text, either WARNING! or ALARM STOP (a buzzer sounds) will be shown on the display 1 Press any button to come to the fault list. Types of Diesel Engine and Application of Diesel Generator

This article will guide you to learn diesel engine types and important role of diesel generator. If you are interested, please keep reading.  What Are Diesel Engines? A type of internal combustion engine more accurately known as a compression ignition engine is designed to provide power by compressing the fuel at high temperature and significant pressure until it ignites. Diesel engines are either two-stroke or four-stroke .   ‘Stroke’ means the movement of the piston in the engine. Two-stroke This engine uses one stroke in each direction.   The first stroke being compression, which results in the ignition of the compressed fuel.   The return stroke brings new fuel into the cylinder. Four-stroke This engine has one compression stroke and one exhaust stroke and each one of those has a return stroke – hence, four-stroke. The compression stroke compresses the fuel/air mixture prior to ignition.   The exhaust stroke pushes the burnt gases out the exhaust. The
