Do not turn on the machine when the fan protective cover or other safety protective cover is removed; Do not attempt to reach under or near these protective devices for maintenance while the generator is running. Keep palms, arms, long hair, jewelry, and loose clothing away from generator pulleys, belts, and other rotating parts. When working in the computer room, it is necessary to wear work clothes, gloves, hats, etc.


When the coolant is not completely cooled, it is prohibited to unscrew the radiator top cover to prevent steam (hot water) from spraying and injuring people. Do not swallow or touch liquids such as fuel, coolant, lubricants, electrolytes, etc; If the body accidentally comes into contact with the electrolyte, it should be immediately rinsed with a large amount of water. In severe cases, seek medical attention immediately.


When entering the generator operating room, it is necessary to wear protective equipment, especially earmuffs, to prevent damage to hearing. When connecting power output cables to the generator, qualified power cables must be used, and the connection process must comply with the relevant conditions, specifications, and standards for power distribution. When installing the generator, if welding is required, be sure to disconnect all electronic components inside the generator (such as controllers, electronic regulators, AVR, electronic injection machines, ECU, etc.); The grounding point should be as close as possible to the welding operation point to prevent damage to the internal electrical appliances, bearings, bearing shells, etc. of the generator caused by high welding current.
