The pipes should be tilted down 5-10 degrees to avoid rainwater injection.

When using concrete as the foundation, the diesel generator set must be measured for levelness with a level ruler during equipment installation, so that the diesel generator set is fixed on a horizontal foundation. There should be dedicated shockproof pads or anchor bolts between the diesel generator set and the foundation. It is necessary to have a reliable protective grounding for the casing of diesel generator sets. For diesel generator sets that require direct grounding of the neutral point, it is necessary to have professional personnel conduct neutral grounding and equip them with lightning protection equipment. It is prohibited to use grounding equipment from the mains for direct grounding of the neutral point.


The bidirectional switch between the diesel generator and the mains is necessary to be very reliable to prevent reverse power transmission. The wiring reliability of the bidirectional switch needs to be verified and approved by the local power supply department.
