1. After discovering water ingress into the engine oil during the rainy season, we put the engine oil into a test tube for heating. If there is a slight water phenomenon in the engine oil and water bubbles can be observed, it indicates that there is water in the engine oil. At this time, we can use the different boiling points of the engine oil and water to treat it. Continue heating until the water bubbles disappear and the water is completely removed, and then cool the gasoline to room temperature for continuous use.

2. When the engine oil has emulsified, we can add phenol (petroleum carbonate) with a weight of 1% to 3% of the oil to the inside of the engine oil as a demulsifier, stir while adding, and then preheat the engine oil for a period of time. Finally, let it stand and wait for the water oil to separate. Thoroughly remove water from the engine oil.

3. Remove the water from the diesel generator set together, pour the emulsified oil into the serpentine heating tube, and stop heating with saturated steam passing through the serpentine tube.
