Check The Return Oil in The Return Pipe of Hydraulic Diesel Generator

If there is return oil in the return pipe of a hydraulic diesel generator, what to do? Loosen the bleed screw on the fuel injection pump and fuel filter, pump the oil by hand until there are no bubbles in the spilled fuel, and then tighten the bleed screw. Pump oil again. When there is return oil in the return pipe, tighten the hand pump again. Loosen the nut of the high-pressure fuel pipe at one end of the fuel injector, pry up the plunger spring seat of the fuel injection pump, tighten the nut when there are no bubbles in the fuel injected from the nozzle, and then pry again several times. This is done cylinder by cylinder, and the generator set fills each fuel injector with fuel. At the same time, check whether the oil inlet pipe is leaking and whether the filter screen on the oil inlet pipe joint is blocked.

If there is still no oil supply after troubleshooting, the oil inlet pipe and fuel pump should be checked. Remove the fuel injector, connect it to the high-pressure fuel pump, pry the plunger spring of the fuel injection pump, observe the spray, and remove and clean it if necessary. Check and adjust the fuel injection pressure to the specified range on the fuel injection test bench or replace the fuel injector coupling. When starting, the handle position should be pushed to no load. At speeds of around 700 to 900 rpm (r/min), the injection advance angle is too early or too late, even with a difference of 1800; The diesel engine injects fuel but does not ignite or stops after firing. The fuel system should use Bosch high-quality inline plunger or rotor high-pressure oil pump and injector, with higher fuel economy.

All turbochargers use holset turbochargers, and the HX40 generator set is equipped with an integral exhaust bypass valve to further improve low-speed response and power performance. The piston is made of aluminum alloy and is embedded with two corrosion-resistant high nickel cast iron ring grooves, which improves the service life of the piston and piston rings. The anodized piston crown of the generator set also helps to improve its durability. The oil filter requires a combination of full flow and bypass Frega brand, with almost perfect filtration effect and improved overall durability.

Since 1982, Dingbo Generator has been a generator set manufacturer qualified by the "National Internal Combustion Engine Quality Supervision and Inspection Center". The product quality has passed the IS09001 quality system standard certification. And obtained the qualification certificate for self-operated import and export. Over the years, Dingbo units have been widely used in all walks of life, and have won the network access qualification of the Ministry of Information Industry, the network access qualification of the Ministry of Radio and Television, the network access qualification of CNPC, the network access qualification of China Mobile, and the manufacturing qualification of marine units. In 2016, Dingbo was awarded the Certificate of Qualified Supplier of China Nuclear Power Group. Dingbo Generator has been cooperating with Shangchai Power for many years. In 2009, it became the OEM partner of Shangchai Power in China. Dingbo generator VOLVO unit ranks the top three in the Asia-Pacific sales volume, and is the core OEM partner of Sweden Volvo in the Asia-Pacific region. What Is the Difference Between Electric Motor and Electric Generator

An electric motor is an electrical machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Most electric motors operate through the interaction between the motor's magnetic field and winding currents to generate force. In certain applications, such as in regenerative braking with traction motors, electric motors can be used in reverse as generators to recover energy that might otherwise be lost as heat and friction. An electric generator operates in the reverse direction, converting mechanical energy into electrical energy. Electric generator can be divided into various type, open type, silent type, trailer type, portable type and container type, etc. Electric generator is mainly composed of diesel engine & alternator. Electric generator set is mainly composed of engine, alternator, control module, and common base. Electric generator :- Electric generator is a type of machine which converts mechanical input (energy) into electrical output (

Engine Fault Code Messages - Volvo Penta Engine

Volvo Penta Engine Fault Code When a malfunction has occurred and the diagnostic system has generated one or more fault codes, these are read out differently depending on the equipment used. Please refer to “Fault code messages”. If the system indicates that a fault code has been set: 1 Cut engine speed to idle, or shut the Volvo engine off. 2 For DCU/DU Read the fault code from the display, please refer to Reading fault codes via the DCU or Reading fault codes via the DU. For CIU press the diagnostic button and read the fault code, by observing the flashing of the diagnostic lamp. Refer to Reading fault codes via the diagnostic lamp, CIU. 3 Look up the fault code in the Fault Code Register chapter and take the recommended measures. Reading fault codes via the DU (Display Unit) Depending on the severity of the fault the text, either WARNING! or ALARM STOP (a buzzer sounds) will be shown on the display 1 Press any button to come to the fault list. Types of Diesel Engine and Application of Diesel Generator

This article will guide you to learn diesel engine types and important role of diesel generator. If you are interested, please keep reading.  What Are Diesel Engines? A type of internal combustion engine more accurately known as a compression ignition engine is designed to provide power by compressing the fuel at high temperature and significant pressure until it ignites. Diesel engines are either two-stroke or four-stroke .   ‘Stroke’ means the movement of the piston in the engine. Two-stroke This engine uses one stroke in each direction.   The first stroke being compression, which results in the ignition of the compressed fuel.   The return stroke brings new fuel into the cylinder. Four-stroke This engine has one compression stroke and one exhaust stroke and each one of those has a return stroke – hence, four-stroke. The compression stroke compresses the fuel/air mixture prior to ignition.   The exhaust stroke pushes the burnt gases out the exhaust. The
