(1) Frequently pay attention to the insulation performance of the electrical components and circuits of the unit. When there is a fault, the insulation monitoring indicator light will light up, and the cause should be carefully checked and eliminated. If it drops due to moisture, the motor winding needs to be baked to restore its insulation performance. Usually, external heating method or current passing method inside the coil are used to evaporate the moisture in the motor winding; Or start the unit and adopt a gradual loading method to gradually increase the current inside the motor and drive out moisture, achieving the goal of self drying. For units operating in humid areas, it is best to use them frequently. If they are not used for a long time, they should be loaded and run for 1 hour every month to ensure good insulation performance.

(2) Metal parts in humid environments are prone to corrosion and rust on their surfaces, and it is necessary to pay attention to protecting the paint coating well. If there are any peeling or other phenomena, they should be promptly repainted or coated with grease for protection. The contact surfaces of each moving component should be kept attached to the lubricating oil layer. If the unit is not in use for a long time, the starting device should be manually pulled every week to make the crankshaft rotate and cover the surface of each friction part in the cylinder with lubricating oil to achieve anti-corrosion effect.
