The increase in the speed of diesel generators has a great impact on the genset. The main effects are:



1. The diesel generator speed rises sharply, which will cause some friction surfaces of diesel generators to wear out due to dry friction.

2. The speed of the diesel generator increases, and the receiving force of the piston, connecting rod and crankshaft changes greatly when the throttle is hit, causing severe impact and easily damaging the machine.

3. The increase in the speed of the diesel generator will result in a series of factors such as an increase in output voltage and an increase in frequency.

4. The increase of the speed of the diesel generator increases the frequency of the power supply line, which will cause problems in the use of electrical equipment, such as changes in motor speed and heat generation. If it is serious, it will cause a safety accident.

5. When the speed of the diesel generator increases, the voltage of the power supply line rises, and the electrical equipment will cause leakage, discharge, and even breakdown due to insufficient pressure. At the same time, it will be accompanied by a large amount of heat, which will cause the equipment to burn.
