Causes of Overspeed in a Diesel Generator


The reason why generators overspeed is generally because the oil pump or electronic actuator is stuck, which causes the throttle to reach the maximum position.

1. Diesel generators are small power generation equipment, which refers to the use of diesel oil as fuel. A power machine that uses a diesel engine as the prime mover to drive a generator to generate electricity. The whole unit is generally composed of diesel engine, generator, control tank, fuel tank, storage battery for starting and control, protective device, emergency cabinet, etc.

Each cylinder works in a certain order, and the thrust acting on the piston changes into a force to drive the crankshaft to rotate through the connecting rod, thus driving the crankshaft to rotate.
